Training  Registration

This completes the first Wellness Mentor Training unit. Other units focus on practical skills needed to provide effective peer support for healthy lifestyle change. Our goal is to make the course enjoyable, user friendly and practical. We hope that this introduction to Wellness Mentoring has stimulated your interest and that you will register for the full training.

Registration for the 11 unit training is $95. This price includes professional feedback on your practice mentoring assignments. We accept MasterCard and VISA as well as checks made payable to the Human Resources Institute, LLC. You can register by phone by calling (802) 862-8855. You can also print our registration form and fax or mail your completed form to us. Please call if you are interested in establishing a group registration program or if you believe your organization has already established such a group registration program. After your registration is processed, an instructor will send you an email with instructions for viewing the full Wellness Mentor Training website.
